So we had a new adventure of taking an alpaca in the car to the vet. Last week we loaded up Trooper in the back of the PT cruiser to visit the vet so that they could look at one of his eyes. It was an adventure. First we had to convince Trooper that the car would not eat him. We lured him with alfalfa pellets into the car, and I lifted one of his legs to motivate him and then he jumped up in the car. After a few miles he decided nothing too thrilling was going to happen so he laid down in the back for the ride. Turns out that he has a small eye ulcer, probally from getting poked in the eye from hay. He really doesn't appriciate getting medicine in the eye
